The Waterblock appears under the Slap-Block
I was one full block high (for example Y: 68.00000), so it wasn't half a block (for example Y: 67.50000) and I placed a "Polished Diorite Slap" at one full block height but with not a slap under it.
So there was a slap at height Y: 74.00000 but NOT a slap under it (so at height 73.50000), on that lonly slap (that was at Y: 74.00000) I tried to place water (a waterblock from a water bucket) but that waterblock appeard not ON that slap, it appeared UNDERNEATH that slap.
When I placed another slap under the slap that was on Y: 74.0000 (so I placed that other right under it, at Y: 73.50000) and made it a full block (two slaps on each other) when I then placed the water again it worked, it appeared on the block, just as normal.
So my complaint is that when I try to place water on a slap that is not at half a height (for example at Y: 44.50000), so at a full block height, I still cannot place water on it.
How to reproduce?
Step One: Get any slap (In my case it was the "Polished Diorite Slap")
Step Two: Place just one slap at a full block height (for example: Y: 66.00000) nearby a block, with nothing underneath it.
Step Three: Place the water
