Sometimes the Crimson door won't place in the correct orientation

      I tried to place a crimson door with it's hinge on the left, but it kept being placed on the right

      I thought it just couldn't have a hinge on the left side. However, when I place without any adjacent blocks, then it places correctly. So it appears to only be if there are blocks nearby
