      What I expected to happen was...:
      The anvil will go on to the carpet not float.

      What actually happened was...:
      The anvil was floating about 1 foot from the ground

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. place carpet
      2. put a anvil or a crafting table on carpet
      3. and floats
