      The bug

      Banners are rendered too bright in the inventory.

      Due to the fix of MC-167045 which describes the opposite problem, banners are now rendered at full brightness in the inventory. This is not the case in previous snapshots and versions.

      Fix

      They should be rendered slightly darker so that they do not stand out too much in the inventory.
