Striders always spawn warm from spawn eggs, therefore by spawning a Strider outside of #strider_warm_blocks would cause them to flash red for a game tick.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Spawn a Strider outside of lava.
Result: Observe how the Strider would spawn red and warm, then instantly turn back to purple.
Expected result: The Strider would spawn cold.
