Enderpearl throwing doesn't work in creative.

This is annoying, because when you build something in creative which uses enderpearls (enderpearl elevator etc), you can't easily test it.

I have heard people say that enderpearls not working in creative is on purpose. Well, I can't see what the purpose could be, and nobody has given me a good explanation. I request that this bug report is not closed until an actual developer says that there is a reason why enderpearls don't work in creative .
