when I log in to minecraft 1.6.1 or 1.5.2 I get 59 fps and then it steadily goes down to 12, If I change my graphics from fancy to fast, it resets

      60 fps at login and then steadily going downward to 12 fps. Changing graphics resets fps but it goes down to 12 again
