duplicate bonus chest

I went on a world and the chest was scattered (spawned in a block) the world was taking a long time to load chunks (hope thats fixed soon) so i went back to the menu and reloaded it. When it was loaded i saw the same items (and torches that i had already broken) were there and in my inventory it seems a new bonus chest had been generated. (notice the two axes in the picture)
