Chest and and some other blocks with entities prevent viewing name tag of items in item frame.

What I expected to happen was...:
Name tag of item in item frame should be visible through the all blocks

What actually happened was...:
I can't see name tag through the chest

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rename item using anvil
2. Place item in item frame
3. Place chest above the  item frame
4. Try to read name tag and fail
