Players are unable to breed horses [with wheat] while riding them.

I went to ride my horse and click on him with wheat but I did not trigger "love" mode.

When I right clicked my horse with wheat, it refused to breed with another horses.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click a horse and ride it.
2. Right click the horse with wheat whilst riding it
3. The horse refuses to breed
