So I wanted to use a datapack to reduce tick lag on my underground village of 300 villagers. However, I was playing on 20w29a, and I went back to 1.16.1 to play with the datapack. I figured nothing would go wrong, as I've reviewed every changelog, and all villager changes don't affect me. I've played with artificial villages and went from 1.15.2 to 1.14 to test something, and that went fine. However, when I loaded my 20w29a world in 1.16.1, all villagers that hadn't been traded with lost their jobs. However, the worst part is, the unemployed villagers aren't reclaiming the job blocks. All the unemployed villagers would gather in a large room. There were about 30 villagers before this. Now there are about 100. More villagers have lost their jobs due to the sheer number of villagers in the area, and 2 have died in the doorway due to entity cramming (I noticed this bug was fixed today though). Essentially, the bug is if you play on a version slightly older than the one you're playing on, it seems villagers without trading experience will lose their jobs.
