End city generation cut off in end dimension

      The generation of multiple end cities in my hardcore world has been cut off, and after re creating the world with the same seed the issues are identical. 

      HOW TO REPRODUCE:

      -Generate a world with the seed 5856504735806909312
      -Go to the end dimension
      -Teleport to coordinates: -1521, -, 423
      -The corners of the city are cut off on this one and others in the vacinity
