I expected a regular old Minecraft sun to appear, but instead something that included the items statistics screen appeared. This may or may not be related to my game crashing multiple times. The first 3 images are of 1 world, the last image is of another world that I was working on before this happened.

To reproduce, open up or create a world in 1.16.1 and look up.

Note: This happened after about 2-3 game crashes. This may not be reproducible.
