Loading basalt delta chucks causes massive lag spikes, weather newly generated or not.  Noticing frame rate drops 50-100FPS. My computer runs at a solid 125-250FPS with a render distance of 20. The mob count is normal for the game.  Switching from peaceful to normal solves frame rate issue.
