      *What I expected to happen
      was you could place Jack 'o' Lanterns on any block.

      *What actually happened was
      Jack 'o' Lantern could only be placed on specific blocks, and not any block.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Try and place a Jack 'o' Lantern on a block e.g. Fence
      2. ...
