      Description

      The Bug:

Dropping items by closing UIs doesn't play the hand animation.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Place down a crafting table, obtain a stack of emeralds, and a singular diamond.
      • Switch into survival mode and open the crafting table.
      • Place the diamond within the crafting grid and make your inventory completely full by using the emeralds. See MC-194699 - Crafting Layout.png
      • Close the UI and as you do this, take note as to whether or not the hand animation is played upon the diamond being dropped on the ground.

      Observed Behavior:

Dropping items by closing UIs doesn't play the hand animation.

      Expected Behavior:

Dropping items by closing UIs would play the hand animation.
