I knew that armor stands where entities, so I was curious to what would happen if I would give them a name tag.

I tried giving it a name tag, but when I do so the nametag disappears, but the name won't show up above the armor stand.

Basically you waste a name tag without it working.

I don't know if it's intentional that you can give armor stands name tags, but at least the name won't show up anyway...
