      Issue:

Viewing objects at a medium/far distance causes a pulsating warp in the textures as you move. When flying overhead, or even being stationary at a high elevation, lines develop in the land/water/coral reef/islands below. As you move, the warping of these lines become intense and flicker often.

(I have taken the time to be thorough, and not waste anyone's time. I've used Vanilla, optifine, forge, all for both 1.15.2 and 1.16.1. I have adjusted Nvidia control panel settings, as well as every in game setting for each Minecraft versions I tested. Since I intend to make a massive survival build that pans out into the distance, this is a massive issue for me and I tried all I could to solve on my own.) EDIT: Texture packs on or off, makes no difference for me)

      My findings:

1.15.2 is beautiful as it should be for each version of 1.15.2 I tested. It was only when I went to 1.16.1 that these visual glitches existed for each version of 1.16.1 no matter what settings I tampered with. Even comparing them on all default settings, 1.15.2 ran fantastic, 1.16.1 is not good, all for each versions I tested.

Compare the images to see, I'm in the process of uploading a gif right now. Here is the gif https://gfycat.com/piercingoldfashionedinvisiblerail
