Bees have not been leaving their nests, even when they are destroyed or flowers outside during day to coerce them. The various sounds from block.beehive.work are playing when near the nests which insinuates that there are bees inside, but the honey level has never changed and bees have not entered or exited the nest. In the pictures, the right nest was spawned with the Oak tree via bone meal on a sapling and flowers surrounding it while the left one was transferred there with a Silk Touch Iron Pickaxe. I have also found four other buzzing nests and yet each time I have destroyed them via punching, axe, or fire, no bees have exited the nests.
