They have a grey-ish top texture and they keep it when endermen place it down. It keeps this texture even after a block update and drops a grass block when mined with silk touch.

I am using the fabric mod with MailiLib, MiniHUD, and Litematica but I don't think they are the cause. Please correct me if I'm wrong, though.
