Left clicking the mouse or touchpad once does not work. You must either double click or repeatedly click to select items from chests, use inventory, breaking blocks, crafting, changing settings and even to just click from the title screen. Mouse and touch pad work fine in the Minecraft Launcher and other applications and websites on the computer. I have restarted the launcher, my computer, even removing the game from my computer and downloading it again. Nothing has solved this issue, and it has become very frustrating.
