I installed the forge and created a new installation using the forge version. I set the directory I wanted and opened the game to create the mods paste, but when I closed the game and opened the paste I selected for the directory there wasn't any paste inside it. It happened with the most recent forge versions of 1.7.10 and 1.12.2.
