Functions and Command Blocks can't store Rotation[0] in Evoker Fangs, but when executed by players they can.

What I expected to happen was....

The Rotation[0] tag to be stored no matter if it was executed from a Function or a Player

      What actually happened was....

The Rotation[0] tag was not stored when run in Functions or Command Blocks

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Summon Evoker Fangs
      2. As a player, store a different value than the one it was summoned with into it's Rotation[0] tag
      3. Create a function that does the same 2 things above
      4. Run the function
      5.  The Rotation[0] tag will not be stored when run by a function, only by a player
