If you spectate a mob with a special filter in area where there is no light or skylight you can't see anything, you can see if you are on the surface at night where skylight is still present but not underground, or under a large roof etc.

This is inconsistent with the fact that mobs such as creepers, spiders and enderman can actually spot the player under these conditions. The spectator should be able to see the environment through the mob filter.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Go into an environment with 0 skylight and with a block light level of 0-2 (0 is completely black while 1-2 is extremely dark)

      2. Go into spectate mode

      3. Summon a mob at your current position that has a mob filter (Creeper, Enderman, Spider etc)

      4. Spectate the mob you have spawned and wait a few seconds for the brightness to slowly adjust if needed)

The screenshot attached shows the mob view of a creeper at full brightness
