While in Creative, I equipped a pig with a saddle. I than proceeded to get a name tag and rename it in an anvil. After right clicking on my pig, the name appeared to me, but the other player on my lan game could not see it. The name tags name was "Bob." When i exited the world and re-entered, the name was gone.
