I encountered this bug in previous snapshots. I started a world in 20w17a and encountered the bug after 20w20a. I figured the bug would be fixed, but after starting a new world in 1.16, I encountered the same bug in around the same spot in a flower forest biome. The seed is -1881547168, coordinates in screenshot.
