I was just checking out some new texture packs that I might want to try and I didn't find one I liked. I switched back to the default, and the villager's heads don't seem to render in properly. I'm not sure what other textures also didn't render properly. Restarting the game fixes the issue, however, some people may not want to restart every time they get this issue.
