When firing an uncraftable tipped arrow, it converts itself into a standard arrow. This makes it difficult to make minigames that involve arrows and keeping track of which team fired an arrow, without having to use arrows that give some sort of effect.

How to reproduce:

1. Use command /give @p tipped_arrow to obtain an uncraftable tipped arrow
2. Go in survival mode with a bow
3. Fire the uncraftable tipped arrow from the bow
4. Notice that when you pick it up, it is a standard arrow
