I have a new PC
I installed Minecraft (Java Edition), but every single time I am trying to open it, the game crashed with that error: "An unexpected issue occurred and the game crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
I tried to uninstalled minecraft but uninstall it from the control panel (I am using Windows 10), and then remove the ".minecraft" folder from the "appdata/Roming" and reinstall it with the file I download from the minecraft site, but It's not fixed that, the game continue to crash.
I thought It's because I dont have installed java, So when I tried to install java, the java installer doesn't show up when I open the java installer file (Even when I try to run the file as adminstator). So I create a new user with adminstator permissions. and installed the java from that user (On the new user the java installer showed up and java installed completely).
So then I opened minecraft in the new user, and the game doesn't crashed. but when I back to the original user, the minecraft still crashed everytime I try to open it, even If I reinstalled the minecraft as I said before.
And when I reinstalled minecraft on the orignal user, It's only install this file and folders on ".minecraft" folder: assets folder, bin folder, libraries folder, versions folder, launcher_profiles.json file, and launcher_settings.json file.
And even when I try to open the game it's not created the crash-report file/folder, And If I enable the output log when the game start, it's not sending anything on the log, just the "Waiting for log output..." line.
Someone knows how I can fix that?
