What I expected to happen was...:

When placing horizontal item frames, items should follow the orientation of the player's direction when the item frames was placed.

What actually happened was...:

Instead, items always points north regardless of how the horizontal item frame was placed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place item frame horizontally on any surface (not facing North)
2. Place any item into item frame
3. Notice that the item always points north.
