Gray void-like stripes appear when making maps in the end in a world that is converted from older versions.

Idk what is happening, and im frustrated that my beautiful map art is ruined 

things i tried to fix it:
Deleting the map files in the data folder
Copying the end, deleting the one in the folder, and re-entering the old one.
