In the Nether, the creature action is frame by frame, while in the Overworld, it is normal.
For example, when you attack a cow, it will normally jump up and run around. However, the reality is that it will suddenly appear in the air, float for a while, and then appear on the ground, mechanical displacement. And when you attack the Zombified Piglin, their speed is extremlt slow, making it impossiable to catch the palyer. When the Zombified Piglin goes to the Overworld,it becomes normal.I don't know if all creatures have this kind of situation. What I know are sheep, cow,Piglin,Zombified Piglin, Enderman.
And it takes about 11 seconds (normally 4 seconds)to return to the Overworld from the Nether, because of animation.
The game does not lag,and frames is around 58.I can do other things very smoothly, like walking and running.
The important thing is that it it normal when in Overworld and abnormal in the Nether.
I've played version 20w18a before, and this never happened.
