If the game is already in Fullscreen mode, loading a new world of any type will crash the game within 1 second of the loading screen vanishing. Chunks start to load, the player can look around and move for a moment, then the game hangs and Java eventually stops working. The launcher shows exit code 255.
The game DOES NOT hang when you toggle fullscreen in-world, or in-menu, only on world load.
Easily bypassed by just not being in fullscreen when loading a world, but really annoying, especially if you switch worlds a lot or have the in-game Fullscreen option turned on.

The only thing that looks wrong to me is the "Game ended with bad state" line. The line immediately before is related to skins, so the first thing I did was to reset my skin to default, no change. I also entirely deleted my .minecraft directory with the exception of the texturepacks and stats folder, and the lastlogin file.
