I have been building a lava collection system in the nethar where the player collects lava and drops it to a dispenser that collects it and then stores it in a shulker which gets broken and put in a minecart chest. I want to send that minecart chest through a portal to an overworld location where I have built a super smelter. there all the minecarts should stack up and get unloaded to a system that feeds the lava buckets into a super smelter. But every time I send the minecart chest through it gets stuck on the nethar portal frame in the overworld and does not retain it's velocity through the portal. I feel as though it should as I am not doing anything game breaking, just sending items from one dimension to another, and have seen machines online from earlier versions that send carts through before but can't find any info for if this stopped working in 1.15.
