Water deep that 1 block with a horse you get kicked off and the horse drowns

horse jumps
What Actually happens:
You get kicked off and horse goes lower in water
Steps to recreate:
1.get on a tamed horse with a saddle
2. go into at least 2 block deep water and try to jump
