Underground structures generate repeating along one coordinate axis on certain seeds

On certain seeds, underground structures like caves and lava pools repeat in really strange ways infinitely along one coordinate axis.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new world with the seed 254395090403385.
2. Go into spectator mode and fly into the ground. Give yourself Night Vision to see the caves easier.
