Cats drown while in boats

      According to my testing, cat seems to drown in the boat only while the boat is moving (including normal moving and sprinting), and only while there are two entities in the boat. If cats start to drown, stopping or leaving the boat will prevent them from drowning. Some earlier versions also have this bug, see MC-189788
