Long pack names do not use ellipses properly

      The bug

      Although long pack names now use the ... symbol, it does not cut the pack name which renders above it. This is not the case in previous versions.

      The bug relates to MC-180350.

      How to reproduce

      1. Download the pack below for easier reproduction.
      2. Drag and drop the pack to the "Data Packs" or "Resource Packs" menu.
