      The bug

      Since MC-167377 is intended, using zoglin spawn eggs will always spawn an adult zoglin and will never randomly spawn a baby zoglin piglet on their own accord.

      To reproduce

      1. Just use a zoglin spawn egg and right-click on a block
        → All zoglins from their own spawn egg are always adults
