When using /fill or /setblock on given coordinates (any coordinates) the block will not replace the selected blocks with nether_portal but with air instead. I tried this in all dimensions and it did not work. The game will execute the command but it only fills with air, executing the same command again gives the feedback "Could not set the block" or "No blocks were filled". Using the parameters ~ ~ ~ always results on "Could not set the block".
