Im not sure if this is a private situation but it includes a credit card, so it might be. I have recently bought a Minecraft Realms Renewal and I logged off for a bit and logged back on and it was gone it when I tried to hit the Minecraft Realms button it said "An error occured (503)" and I went to go and look on the website and it said I had to buy another Realm.
