Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
"I put in HorseArmor in The Enchantment Table and enchantments would be available
What actually happened was...:
"I had Horse Armor in the Enchantment table and nothing pops up, I applied an Enchantment on the armor through an Anvil and put it on the Horse the Enchamntment Effect doesn't show and does not work (Tested with Feather Falling)"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. HorseArmor in Enchntment table, Enchantment doesn't show up :'(
2. HorseArmor is Enchanted through Anvil and put on Horse, Effect Doesn't show up :'(
3. I go and report this bug, hoping it will be fixed.
