Clouds get rendered in front of everything besides UI and HUD on Fabulous! setting

Steps to reproduce:

open up any world with these settings:

Graphics: Fabulous!

Render Distance: 4+

Clouds: Fast/Fancy

then stand anywhere where the clouds would be blocked normally.
