Using an end gateway can teleport you inside non full blocks

      The bug

      End gateways are now able to teleport you inside short blocks like slabs and enchanement tables. Probably caused by the fix of MC-184093.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Use an end gateway
      2. Place a slab or an enchantment table at that position.
      3. Use that end gateway again.

      You will be inside that block.
