Potted cactus still missing cullface argument for top

      MC-182249 was said to be fixed in pre-release 3, but the missing cullface is still present for some reason, and (although incredibly minor and probably not worth fixing) a new ugly dotted border appears at the base as well. Fixed model json attached in MC-182249.
