Placing a furnace, blast furnace or smoker does not show it's on when placed with inventory using nbt tag.

      How to reproduce (in creative):

      • place smelter
      • Fill with fuel and smeltable item
      • Place it in inventory using Ctrl+mmb
      • Place down.

      The smelter still works, but it doesn't show flames nor particles. F3 screen also shows it as ''lit: flase''
