When piglins finds more than one golden nugget, they start trying to pick up every nugget, but only examining one and resetting counter, probably. For some reason, this only happens when you drop gold nuggets, all other desired items work as expected.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Find/spawn piglin
2. Drop 2 or more golden nuggets right next to piglin
