I have three villagers, without restricted movement or other limits, at high distance from their village.

All beds and workstations in the village were destroyed.

They were transported by boat, and none of them linked to the bed or smithing table that i placed 3 blocks away, so i destroyed the bed and they still would not link to either the bed or smithing table.

I also tried a stonecutter and brewing stand and composter, none of which were successful.
