When a rabbit is killed by a sword enchanted with looting and fire aspect (or a bow with looting and flame), it sometimes drops raw rabbit rather than cooked rabbit. This is specific to rabbits, I tested it on other animals (sheep, cows, chickens, pigs, salmon, and cod) and they all dropped cooked food. This doesn't happen when a rabbit is killed with a bow/sword with only flame/fire aspect.
