the nether and the end dimension is seemingly deleted or disabled after exiting the game.
in a fresh world it is fully possbie to enter the nether and the end, but once you've hit save and exit it your world becomes a "expirimental type" world, and thusly the nether and the end is unavailable. Resulting in crashes if you try to enter a portal, and if you attemp the /execute in command it states that no such dimension exist.
if you save and exit while in another dimension the world is corrupted, and will crash anytime you attempt to load it.
just spent about 10* hours in the new release only to be hit by this gamebreaking bug when attempting to enter the nether,
EDIT: about 7 hours, but still wasted time.
